Yoga Classes



1:1 Yoga sessions 


I teach yoga in the Hatha tradition, using the breath to link the body to the mind. We will explore postures and breathwork that you can 'take away' and practice when you most need them. I will follow up the session with an email going over all the key points we will have covered in the session, and the session will include a free follow up 10 minute call on zoom if you have any questions about any part of the practice.
