Ticking that box if you have been unable to dip recently, or are looking for a yoga practice to compliment your regular outdoor swimming. We will stretch and work those big muscle groups, finding rotation in the hips, working those lats, and discover the aptly named Ujjayi 'Oceanic breath' .
